How to prepare: (1/4kg Veg Biryani)

1.Take a pan add oil, add 3 spoons of cashews, fry till golden brown, add 1 chopped onion, 1 spoon ginger garlic paste,1 slit green chilly.

  1. Now cut your desired vegetable like potatoes, carrots, Tomato’s, beans in to cubes and add to the pan, adds “Shri Malhari Vegetable Biryani Masala”, salt as per your taste, add hand full of chopped mint leaves and stir well.
  2. Cover with the lid, cook on medium flame for 3 mints approx.
  3. Now wash 1/4kg rice, add to the half cooked vegetables, add sufficient water (1:2 ratios) and cook till the rice gets completely cooked.
  4. Serve hot with onion raitha or any gravy.

Storage Instructions :Store it in a cool and dry place. Once opened store it in a air tight moisture free container.
