Ingredients: Dry chilli, Cumin, Fenugreek seeds, Black pepper, Curry leafs, Green Coriander, &Asafoetida.

About: Tangy tomato based soup takes you to the roots of south Indian delicacy.

Directions to Use: Cook Tomatoes (150Gms) with pinch of turmeric, 1/2 tea spoon of salt. Add Tamarind pulp of 2 spoons and green chillies. Cook for 10 Mints,

Wait till it cools down, mash all the boiled ingredients. Add 3glass of water to another vessel and get to a boiling point and add 3 Table spoons of Malhari Rasam Masala powder now add the boiled ingredients and stir. Add fresh grated coconut and coriander leaves.

Seasoning: Heat 5 tsp of oil and little quantity of mustard, cumin, dry red chillies, crushed garlic, and curry leafs fry and add to the Rasam. Serve hot with rice, idly or Vada.

Storage Instructions :Store it in a cool and dry place. Once opened store it in a air tight moisture free container.
