How to prepare (1/2 kg Prawns)
*Take a pan add required oil, add 2 chopped onions, fry till golden brown, add 2 Spoons of ginger garlic paste, add *2 chopped tomatoes, add 1/2 tbs of turmeric, mix and fry well.
*Add cleaned prawns to the pan, add salt and chilli powder as per your taste, add 2 Spoons of “Malhari Prawns Curry Masala” to the pan.
*Now take handful of mint leaves and chop them and add to the pan.
*For gravy, take 3 spoons of slightly dry roasted poppy seeds, chopped raw coconut 4 spoons, 3 spoons of cashews and make a thick paste.
*Add this paste to the pan, Simmer the flame add water mix well and cook till the oil oozes out and the prawns gets completely cooked.
*Add chopped coriander leaves, some curry leaves and also add 1/2 tbs of “Malhari Shai Garam Masala” to enhance the flavour and taste.
*Serve hot with rice or roti.
Storage Instructions :Store it in a cool and dry place. Once opened store it in a air tight moisture free container.
