Ingredients: Cashwenuts, Coriander seeds, Cumin Seeds, Black gram, Cloves, bay leaf, Elaichi, Asafoetida & other spices

About: This Hot lentil rice Masala is popularly known as Bisi – Bele -Bath in most of the south Indian regions, combination of rice, Toor dal, Veggies and Ghee.

Cooking Directions: Cook 1/4 cup of rice ,1/4cup of toor dal, 1 cup of carrot+beans+Aloo, 1 slit green chilli, 1/2 tbs turmeric, 1/2tbs ghee,

Add 5 cups of water and cook it in a pressure cooker for three whistles. Now in a cup add 4Tbs of Malhari Bisi- bele- bath Masala, make it as a paste add to the cooked ingredients mash well,

Cook on a medium flame and now Heat a pan adds 5 tsp of oil, 1/2 Tsb mustard cumin, 2 Tbs cashew nuts, dry red chillies, curry leafs. Serve hot rice with dollap of Ghee, appadam /fryms.

Storage Instructions :Store it in a cool and dry place. Once opened store it in a air tight moisture free container.
